Activations are different from a standard energy healing session as they're designed to awaken dormant aspects of your being, in alignment with time-tested paths of spiritual growth. Gentle yet deeply powerful, a Life Activation and Full Spirit Activation is a beautiful fit for anyone, whether you're new to energy healing or have been on the path for years. Once reserved for High Initiates of the ancient mystery schools, these activation sessions open your awareness to your true nature and create space for a fuller expression of your gifts, power, and light — across your relationships, your creative work, and how you move through life. Because the light an activation brings is so deeply healing, we recommend starting here before moving into other energy healing sessions or classes at our Los Angeles or Huntington Beach studio.

The Life Activation is the essential first step because it works comprehensively across all of your energy bodies — realigning and reconnecting you to your true self so that every healing session after it works faster and goes deeper.

Why Is the Life Activation the First Step in Your Healing Journey?

The way we live today is shaped by our environment and by the experiences carried down through generations before us. This ancient shamanic session activates your purpose and begins a process of shedding what no longer serves you, guiding you back to your true self.

You can receive a Life Activation at any point in your life. Many of our Los Angeles clients seek it out during a season of transition — a career pivot, a move, a relationship shift — or simply when they're craving accelerated growth and forward motion.

When Is a Good Time to Receive a Life Activation?

At the start of the session, you'll stand while your practitioner works around you to balance your subtle energy bodies, ie. your chakras, magnetic lines, and etheric field. In the second half, you'll be seated to receive the activation itself. Most people describe the experience as gentle and relaxing, and some notice a sensation of being energetically stretched. You'll likely leave with a sense of lightness and greater emotional and mental steadiness — though the Life Activation continues integrating over 1–3 months, with benefits unfolding gradually over time.

Life Activation Benefits: What Can This Session Support?

After your session, we recommend supporting your integration with salt baths (or salt showers) to help you clear and release. Drink plenty of water, too — the session has a gentle detoxifying effect, and water supports that process. In the first few days, it's common to feel some tiredness or emotional waves as old patterns move through and out; this typically settles within a few days. Your practitioner will be available by text to answer questions during your integration period. At your follow-up, you'll receive a gentle energy clearing to support integration and have a chance to talk through the effects of the session and your next steps.

This Life Activation package includes:
  • Your initial session: full Life Activation and cord cutting (90 minutes)
  • A set of alchemical sprays to support integration after your session
  • An optional follow-up session (60 minutes), typically scheduled a few weeks after your initial visit

The Full Spirit Activation is the second activation in the lineage of King Solomon. It works differently from the Life Activation, and can be received as soon as 3 months after it.

The Full Spirit Activation is the second activation in the lineage of King Solomon. It works differently from the Life Activation, and can be received as soon as 3 months after it.

This ancient session was once reserved exclusively for high initiates in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage. While the Life Activation deepens your connection to your higher self and inner wisdom, the Full Spirit Activation takes that a step further — strengthening your connection to your soul. By activating the higher aspects of your energy, you're able to step more fully into your life's purpose, with sharpened physical and spiritual senses.

This session awakens the thalamus region (the "old brain"), the pituitary, and pineal glands, and will:

  1. Unblock channels of awareness in the body
  2. Enhance the nervous system
  3. Intensify your physical and spiritual senses
